Beach Triangle History: 42 Lark Street

Erwin and Erica Maier, owners of 42 Lark Street for 12 years, called to let us know that they had recently gutted the interior. They found, to their surprise and pleasure, many Blessed Mary medallions, all about the size of a penny or smaller - in the walls of the living room, dining room, master bedroom and children's bedrooms. In terms of dating the house, they found a 1925 quarter in the wall of the master bedroom. They regard these finds to be "a blessing!"
