Neighbourhood Watch Launched

The Beach Triangle Residents Association is implementing a Neighbourhood Watch program for the area, something that existed years ago and is being resurrected, driven by recent minor thefts, vandalism and some break-ins in the area. The City was recently contacted to replace the existing signs that were faded and in generally poor condition; they did replace them in February 2010.
Street captains are being established but we still need volunteers for Lark St., Kingston Rd. and Woodbine Ave.
Members of the BTRA Neighbourhood Watch committee will be coming through the neighbourhood over the next few months to provide you with more information. If you wish to volunteer or have any suggestions please contact the BTRA at nwatch@beachtriangle.com.
